Frank is wonderful to work with. He is friendly, honest and a good communicator. He got to know our building well - the other units, the manager, the other realtors who were buying/selling in the building. He encourages us to price it higher than we'd planned and then he sold it at that price through skilled negotiations and the relationships he had built. We were under contract within a week.

There were a few complications in selling my home. Frank was very knowledgeable in the housing market and he knew how to list my home to attract maximum attention. Frank guided me through negotiations in price and he had me prepared on what to expect through the process of the sale. The complications were nothing for Frank to handle. Frank listened to me and he paid attention to what I said, and he was very considerate.

I have now worked with Frank 3 different times over the past 6 years buying and selling a condo in D.C. and, most recently, purchasing a home in Montgomery County. Frank has been amazing through each and every process. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. You just know you're in great hands when you work with him. There is no other realtor I would even consider and will recommend him to any friends or family that would be in need of a realtor. Honestly, Frank is the best.
